胡海岚，女，1973年出生，浙江东阳人 ，毕业于北京大学和加州大学伯克利分校，浙江大学求是高等研究院、浙江大学医学院教授，高级研究员，博士生导师。

1996年胡海岚毕业于北京大学生物系；2002年毕业于加州大学伯克利分校；2003年至2004年在美国弗吉尼亚大学Julius Zhu博士的实验室工作；2004年至2008年在冷泉港实验室Roberto Malinow博士的实验室进行博士后工作；2008年12月加入中国科学院神经科学研究所 ；2015年5月加入浙江大学；2019年7月15日获得“第12届IBRO-Kemali国际奖”（国际脑研究组织凯默理奖）。

胡海岚教授主要从事情绪与社会行为的分子与神经环路机制研究，在情绪的神经编码、抑郁症发生的分子机制等脑科学前沿方向，取得了一系列既有理论意义又有潜在应用价值的系统性原创成果。
