Steps for poster preparation:

1.Submit the poster in an acceptable format (TIFF, EPS or MS Office files).

2.A poster number, symposium logo, as well as QR code will delivered by e-mail for accepted posters.

3.Poster size: 100 cm (Width) × 120 cm (Height)

4.Fees: FREE if you prepare and bring the poster with you.

5.The deadline for conference poster submission.

6.Free communication will be presented in the form of posters.

Poster Session: The best conference posters will be selected.

*Presenters are requested to be present by their designated poster board(s) to answer questions and for informal discussion during poster session.   

7. The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
